Happy husband, slow walker of two fast dogs.
Kim never met a straight line he couldn’t find an angle on, usually humorous. Keeps his opinions to himself (never). A writer who believes less is more. Unless it’s e-mail, then look out. Loves music. Keyboards, guitar. A few bands – pop, blues, Jewish garage surf (ask him for details). Bought a ‘93 GMC Jimmy with proceeds from a movie deal. The script is in better shape than the SUV.
His years at Walt Disney Studios in Burbank taught him a lot as both writer and producer. But the glitz and glam couldn’t hold him. Now back in his hometown Marion, Iowa. Yet when he’s late for a meeting he still tries to blame it on rush-hour traffic. (“It’s a parking lot on the 405 in the Sepulveda Pass!” doesn’t really work in Cedar Rapids.)
Three things that drive him crazy are:
1. Rudeness
2. Hypocrisy
3. Those stupid little rectangular packets of ketchup
His philosophical approach to work has a West Coast slant:
“It’s all about doing exceptional work that helps achieve the client’s goals. And having as much fun as possible along the way.”
Kim brings our clients experience, production savvy and a love of writing.
Song of Choice: “Susie Q” (Credence Clearwater Revival)
(Guess what his wife’s name is.)
